Please ensure you have all the straps ready before you begin

Grab the Left device which should be labelled with an L and slide the Left short tab through the loop from the top as shown below:

When through it should look like the following:

Then Fasten the Velcro by pressing tightly , it should look like the following:

Now repeat the steps for the Right device putting the long strap through the right hole like the following:

Then Fasten the Velcro by pressing tightly , it should look like the following:

The hardware should now look as follows:

Now to put the small straps through the remaining sides, fastening them by pressing tightly should result in them looking like so:
Attaching the Mounting Plates to the Skates
Step 1
Before you begin - please ensure you have both Mounting Plates - and each mounting plate should be labelled L (Left) and R (Right)
Step 2
Clean the area between your blade and the sole of the skate as shown in the picture below for BOTH skates, using a damp clean cloth or tissue and let it dry:

Once the area is dry take the left boot and the left mounting plate and line it up with the blade as shown, with the wider side of the mounting plate pointing to the toe side of the skate:

Once you know where the mounting plate needs to sit, peel the following:

Now press down hard and hold the mounting plate in the location found previously for 30 seconds, then press around the edges of the plate to make sure its stuck on properly:

Now repeat steps 2-5 for the right plate on the right skate:
